Need to return? Alright, let's try to keep this simple!

As a company in the movement community, we strive to keep our shoes at low cost. The only way we can do that is by reducing our costs as much as we can while still providing a quality minimalist movement shoe. With that being said, let's dig right in:

1. We accept all returns unless the shoe is used or customized; simply mail it back to us and attach the order number somewhere! As soon as we receive the shoe, we will process your refund. We will NOT refund shipping, since this is a cost that we will not recover. *warning to international orders.

2. We don't do exchanges.

3. If the shoe has a minor defect, don't complain; it's a movement shoe, you're supposed to fuck them up.

4. If the shoe is used, don't even try to send it! If it's customized, reach out and we'll see what we can do :)
